With breathtaking coastal mountains to the east and sublime beaches to the west, Santa Barbara is one of the most beautiful places on earth and only a 2 1/2 drive North of Los Angeles. Santa Barbara has joined the ranks of some of the top golf destinations in the country. The sport’s top course designers recognized Santa Barbara as a world-class golf destination when they designed fairways and greens that follow the natural contours of Santa Barbara’s stunning coastline or weave their way through the town’s evergreen mountain backdrop.
Across the Santa Barbara Channel, you'll find Channel Islands National Park—a string of five islands uninhabited by people, but home to a variety of unique animals and plants found nowhere else on Earth. Included in this tour is a day trip from Ventura Harbor, with a short boat trip (keep an eye out for dolphins, whales and seals!) to enjoy a day of guided sea kayaking in Island caves and coves.
